In times where you need legal advice and representation, good communication with your solicitor can make the process much more straightforward. That’s why we work hard to make sure that we are easy to contact. Gone are the days when legal work was dealt with entirely by letter, these days we do a lot of our communication via email, but of course nothing beats a face-to-face meeting if you really want to make progress. That’s why our two busy main offices (in Ingleby Barwick and Coulby Newham) have plenty of off-street, free parking and a number of meeting rooms for our clients to spend time with us.
It is important to us that those offices are as easy for clients to access as possible which is why we are proud to have been awarded Dementia Friendly status for both of them. This means that the facilities are managed in a way to make life easier for those living with dementia and our staff are well trained in how to provide support in this area. In fact we are such experts in this area that two of our Solicitors, Rachael Hart and Mike Cattermole are Dementia Champions and offer training to other organisations.
Aside from our two main offices, we have also invested in a meeting space in central Middlesbrough on Borough Road. You can meet with us at this venue by appointment, and the location is particularly useful if we’re heading to Court.
Of course sometimes clients are unable to travel to our offices. All of our team are able to offer home visits where appropriate so please let us know which arrangement is best for you.
