Katherine joined Punch Robson as a trainee solicitor in 2002 and, since qualifying in 2004, has specialised in residential conveyancing. In 2014 she was appointed as the Head of our Residential Property Department. Her experience includes the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties, buy-to-let investment properties, transfers of ownership, equity release and general re-mortgages.
Away from work Katherine enjoys reading literature, walking her labradors in the countryside, and also travelling the country pursuing her hobby of salsa dancing. Katherine also performs with a Yorkshire based salsa band as a backing vocalist, although she confesses that her Spanish pronunciation still leaves a bit to be desired.
For several years Katherine has been a supporter of the Cleveland Mountain Rescue Team and has participated in their annual “Cleveland Survival” charity event, which is an orienteering course stretching over 26 miles.
