Rachael graduated from The University of York in July 2011 and went on to complete her LPC at the College of Law in York, graduating with a Distinction in 2012. She joined Punch Robson as a Conveyancing Clerk in October 2012 before being internally promoted to the Commercial department as a Paralegal in June 2014. Only a year later she began her training contract with the firm, during which she had the opportunity to work in the Residential, Mental Health, and Family Law departments.
Rachael qualified as a solicitor in March 2017 and is now based full-time in our Residential Property department. Her work covers all aspects of residential and conveyancing cases, from simple freehold cases to more complex leasehold matters and transfers of equity. She also has experience dealing with different funding schemes including help to buy and shared ownership. Recently Rachael has been working on a specialist case, dealing with plot sales for a local developer taking on their very first residential development.
In her spare time Rachael has undertaken private study to complete a British Sign Language Level 1 Qualification. When she is not at work she also loves reading and catching up with her friends over food and a few bottles of wine.
