Graeme heads the family and mental health departments. Having trained at Punch Robson, he has been at the firm since 1998. He also previously advised for the Citizens Advice Bureau in County Durham.
Graeme specialises in both family and mental health law. Graeme undertakes most aspects of family work particularly divorce and related financial issues. His mental health work primarily involves representation before the Mental Health Tribunal.
Graeme is a member of the Law Society’s Specialist Panels for both family law and mental health and is also a member of the family law group, Resolution. Graeme has also been appointed a Judge for the Mental Health Tribunal.
Outside of work, Graeme is a keen squash player, enjoys walking and regularly goes camping in the summer months (usually when it’s raining!).
